We have a 0% to 5% come back rate on jobs performed. Hope this statement saves both of us time and inconvenience.
We are a full service automotive repair garage. Some of the things we repair include but not limited to import and domestic cars, trucks, engine, brake, alignments, power train, transmission, tune-ups, and cooling systems. We are an all purpose repair shop for your automotive repair.
We are known for correctly identifying the vehicle problem and performing only the needed repairs resulting in a properly repaired vehicle and satisfied customer.
We are especially known for our electrical problem diagnosis and problem solving, engine performance service, brake service, and major engine repairs including timing belt service, and other internal engine repairs.
Upon entering our shop you will always be greeted by Brent who will personally discuss the complete repair process and answer any questions you have. Brent is a hands on mechanic/owner with 40+ years experience. Our shop is known for the elaborate amount of tools on hand, as Brent feels ones tools is an extension of ones mind.
After performing an evaluation and test as needed to identify problems our customers are always contacted before any service is performed. At this time we explain in detail problems found and repair methods needed for a complete fix. Also our customers are welcomed to the shop to view problems found with us in person. In addition to assure complete customer confidence all old parts are kept and shown to customer with complete explanation of faults. At time of vehicle pickup any additional services needed are explained and shown to the customer.
